Mark as Useful Broken-English speaker clearly not from North Dakota. Wanted to know if we have a diabetic in the house. Since we're on the federal do-not-call list, this phone call is a felony.

When I asked the name of company, she gave a completely different answer than in her greeting. When I said I couldn't understand her (background was very noisy, clearly a boiler-room operation) she hung up.

Mark as Useful Answered this call and there was a brief period of telephone ring sound then background noise like a telemarketing bull pen. When I said "hello", whoever was on the other end said "I don't speak Chinese" and then hung up. Weird.
